Samsung to Activate ‘Samsung Galaxy & BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN EAST RUTHERFORD, August 1–2

Samsung Galaxy teamed up with HYBE to launch the second half of the North American tour for ‘Samsung Galaxy & BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’’. The global partnership, announced in March, will run in East Rutherford from August 1-3 — offering an exclusive ‘Samsung Galaxy x BTS THE CITY ‘ARIRANG’’ experience by bringing Galaxy-powered immersive experiences to landmarks across the city leading up to the concerts and on-site activations.

Building on Galaxy’s vision of meaningful, connected experiences, Samsung Galaxy is reimagining the traditional concert viewing experience with Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. When you open the camera on Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, the cover screen fills edge to edge for true-to-the-moment captures. Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra turns everyday photography into an iconic experience with its powerful 200MP Wide and 50MP Ultra-Wide camera, making it the ideal companion for capturing memorable moments from live performances.

Collaborating with ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG” and celebrating the BTS global community is a way for Galaxy and the all-new Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra to serve as a bridge, connecting artists with their audiences. Together, Samsung and HYBE are building a cultural movement that brings concertgoers together to celebrate self-expression and human connection through music. And by using Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, audiences can preserve and share their memories for longer.

Join in on fun in THE CITY

‘Samsung Galaxy x BTS THE CITY ‘ARIRANG’’ is open to all, not just ticketholders. Those who participate can explore the Galaxy Z Fold8 through interactive activities, such as a stamp rally with stamps located throughout the city. Participants can also visit a Samsung Galaxy Experience Booth in ARMY ‘MADANG’ at the Korean Cultural Center, August 1-3.

Special Activations for Concertgoers

Ticketholders attending ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN EAST RUTHERFORD will have the opportunity to engage in on-site activations, powered by Samsung Galaxy, featuring Galaxy Z Fold8. Samsung will feature six main touchpoints, each designed to highlight Galaxy Z Fold8 and its camera features, and offer moments to create shareable content aligned with ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’’.

Concertgoers are encouraged to get to the stadium early to have the opportunity to learn how Photo Assist¹ on the Galaxy Z Fold8 can transport them into a music video inspired by BTS. Experience attendees will have the exclusive opportunity to use the Interpreter feature to send a message to BTS, get a one-of-a-kind printed souvenir photo, and snap a cute mirror selfie featuring the BTS logo before they take their seats.²

The first 500 guests to visit the Samsung Galaxy activation and complete a survey about their experience will receive a Samsung collectible bag.
