Samsung Electronics America, Inc. today announced that select 2020 Galaxy A series smartphones are coming to the U.S. The Galaxy A series is packed with awesome mobile technologies, giving consumers the ability to enjoy premium features at a great value. With the latest Galaxy A series, Samsung is bringing innovations in the areas consumers care about most – battery life, camera quality, screen size – to an expanded line of devices. And for the very first time, Samsung is bringing 5G to select Galaxy A series devices in the U.S., making next-generation connectivity more accessible than ever before[1].

The U.S. launch of the 2020 A series starts with the availability of the Galaxy A01 and A51 on April 9 at select carriers, retailers – either online or through in-store pick-up – and on Samsung.com[2]. Later this summer, Samsung will launch additional Galaxy A series devices, including the Galaxy A11, A21, A51 5G and A71 5G, each packed with premium innovations typically reserved for flagship devices, and available at a range of accessible price points[3].

“If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable device with a long-lasting battery, high-quality screen, multi-lens camera, and plenty of storage, there’s a Galaxy A series device for you.” said Drew Blackard, head of US mobile product management at Samsung Electronics America. “With the 2020 Galaxy A series, we’re bringing premium features to an expanded line-up of devices, so you can find just the right combination of features and affordability.”
