Samsung Expands Authorized Care to Select Best Buy Locations Nationwide

Underscoring the company’s commitment to deliver a customer-first care experience, Samsung Electronics America, Inc. announced today it is bringing in-person support to customers while they shop at over 100 Best Buy stores starting October 26. With this partnership, Samsung is opening up even more options for select Galaxy smartphone owners¹ to have access to authorized repairs — from screen repairs to device maintenance to software troubleshooting.

Samsung’s customer care program is focused on quality, speed, and convenience. Now, Galaxy owners can schedule an appointment with Best Buy’s team of Geek Squad Agents that are certified and professionally trained to repair Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
As a Samsung Authorized Care Service Center, Best Buy meets Samsung’s highest quality standards. This means added peace of mind knowing any repair is handled with the upmost care by certified professionals equipped with knowledge of how to use genuine Samsung parts.
The Samsung Authorized Care service at Best Buy locations will provide front and back screen replacements, battery replacements, port and camera repairs, and other in- and out-of-warranty support services for Galaxy S series and Galaxy Notes series devices starting October 26. Support for Galaxy Z foldable phones will begin in early November².
This expansion joins the company’s large network of support offerings. From in-person support at over 550 Samsung Authorized Care locations and over 600 independent service providers nationwide, to ‘We Come To You’ doorstep repair and contactless mail-in service, Samsung is ready to help diagnose, troubleshoot and repair your Samsung product in a way that’s most convenient for the customer.
