SAMSUNG Electronics America Announces Michael Lawder as Senior Vice President of U.S. Customer Service
RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. – June 1, 2015 – Samsung Electronics America, Inc. has announced that Michael Lawder has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of its Customer Service Division, effective June 1st. In the role, he will oversee all U.S. customer service operations, including contact centers, field and depot operations, walk-in support locations, parts supply and quality assurance.

Lawder brings to Samsung more than 15 years of global and local experience in customer excellence operations for technology companies. He most recently served as the vice president of worldwide customer experience at Electronic Arts, Inc. He will be based in Ridgefield Park, NJ, Samsung’s North American headquarters.
