We created Samsung Experience Stores to give Galaxy fans more of what they love—the chance to experience our latest technologies in-person, with engaging product interactions and personalized care services. In Houston, Long Island, and Los Angeles, consumers have flocked to the stores to meet with experts, ask questions and see the latest Samsung technologies—brought to life.
And now, with the holiday season fast approaching, shoppers are looking for the perfect presents for their friends and family online—and in store. That’s why Galaxy fans are making Samsung Experience Stores a go-to destination for all of their gift giving needs.
And coming soon, on December 12, a fourth store will be opening in the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto.
Just like in our Houston, Long Island, and Los Angeles locations, Bay Area consumers will be able to experience our latest products first-hand, and enjoy the convenience of enhanced, onsite care services—with trained associates who are available to answer questions, offer advice and personalize any products. Whether they’re setting up your newest device, or conducting on-site repairs, experts will be on-hand to offer dedicated support.
Along with customer care, we’re also expanding our services in business solutions. After launching our first three stores, we learned that consumers were eager for more services designed for small to medium business owners. In the Bay Area business owners will be able to come in-store and work with a business solutions representative for all of their questions and requests. They will be able to purchase devices for their employees, get help setting up their accounts and learn how to use Samsung mobility solutions like Knox Workspace for defense-grade security.
This year, Samsung brought the first 5G mobile devices to the United States – the Galaxy S10 5G and the Galaxy Note10+ 5G. As the next-generation of connectivity continues to grow, we’re introducing new opportunities for Samsung experts to answer questions and educate Galaxy fans about how 5G will transform the way they connect, communicate, and live. From streaming high-quality content at hyperfast speeds to enjoying breathtaking connected experiences, we want consumers to understand the groundbreaking impact 5G will have on their lives and their work.
