1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entry Period 12 begins at 6:00 a.m. CT on December 10, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 17, 2024.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, the “Sponsor and its Administrators”), and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. HOW TO ENTER: At the start of Entry Period, @SamsungMobileUS will make a post on X (formerly Twitter) (the “Site”) in relation to the Sweepstakes (each, a “Post”). Each Post will contain a call to action with instructions on how to submit a Sweepstakes entry for that Post’s corresponding Entry Period. Instructions may include, but are not limited to, using specific hashtags/tags and quoting/quote retweeting the Post. To enter, you must follow the instructions within that Entry Period’s Post (the “Submission”) to receive one (1) entry (the “Entry”) into the corresponding Entry Period’s random drawing only.

Your Submission must be uploaded in accordance with the X Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos). You must have an X account to enter. If you do not have an X account, you can create one for free at www.x.com. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the X account associated with the Entry. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period. 4. Entry Requirements: By entering, you agree to waive any rights you may have to the Entry submitted. The Entry, or portion thereof, must not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging to Sponsor, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, inappropriate, disparaging, offensive or contains proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and may disqualify the Entrant. Entries should not contain any third-party materials (other than Samsung), or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand. Sponsor may blur or black out the infringing material, in its sole discretion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants and winner acknowledge and agree that their Entries become the property of the Sponsor, which thereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use Entries in any way it sees fit. X is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the prizes. 5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about the business day following the end of each Entry Period, the following number of winners will be randomly selected in separate random drawings from among all eligible Entries received during the corresponding Entry Period only:

a) One (1) from among all Entry Period 12 Entries.

The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging agency whose decisions, along with Sponsor’s, are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during each Entry Period.

6. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

– Entry Period 12 Prize (1): A one-year Spotify Premium subscription and a Sponsor-Selected Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 including exclusive content, case, and custom package with an approximate retail value of $1,259.98 and a check in the amount of $425 to help offset tax implications ($1,783.99). Spotify Premium code cannot be redeemed for the Spotify Family, Student plans or in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. Winner must have an existing Spotify account or register/sign up for one.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household. The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for a prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In such circumstance, an alternate prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled. In the event a prize is unavailable for reasons outside of the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor will award a prize of equal or greater value. No other additional compensation will be provided. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Activation and service fees are the winners’ responsibility.

7. GENERAL: The Site’s computer timestamp is the official timekeeper for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Potential Prize winners will be notified by direct message on X and must follow the instructions outlined in the direct message to arrange for prize fulfillment within twenty-four (24) hours of notification attempt. Potential winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will also be required to sign and return via email, a Declaration of Eligibility and liability release and except where prohibited, publicity release/assignment of rights within twenty-four (24) hours of notification in order to be confirmed a winner. If a potential winner of a prize valued at $600 or more fails to return the completed declaration within twenty-four (24) hours, declaration is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner of a prize valued at $600 or more is deemed to be ineligible, the applicable prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, as applicable. Prizes will be fulfilled within six-eight weeks after the conclusion of winner selection/confirmation, as applicable. Winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, and each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, likeness, Entry and Submission for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the Entrant’s email address associated with the X account. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will Entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.
