Samsung will showcase innovations designed to transform the guest experience, including Q50A and Q60A Series Hospitality TVs, available in October 2021


At this year’s Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition (HITEC), Samsung Electronics America, Inc. has renewed its promise to deliver display innovations and content management solutions for its hospitality partners.

New Smart Hospitality TV

Samsung’s newest guest-facing technology is its New QLED 4K Smart TV Series. The Kiosk’s easy install options, enhanced protective antimicrobial coating , and shatterproof film make it an ideal solution for the revitalized hospitality industry. Fitted with a speaker, printer, scanner and a variety of payment options, including a cradle for major EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa) terminals this 24-inch sleek touch display elevates the guest experience and simplifies check-in/out, ordering, and other engagements with its sleek design and simple interface.
The display is powered by Samsung’s proven SoC (System on Chip) technology, removing the need for an external PC – all while delivering powerful and reliable technology. Electric Vehicle Charging Station Featuring the BMW i8

Sales of EVs (electric vehicles) are expected to rapidly grow, along with the installation of EV charging stations. Recognizing the opportunity this offers the hotel industry, which is seeking ways to attract new guests, Samsung’s Kiosk is designed to help customers provide a best-in-class charging service while adding a visual channel for guest services, membership programs and third-party advertising.

Demonstrating how its digital signage displays and software can create seamless and engaging EV guest experiences, Samsung is pleased to showcase at its booth a demonstration of an EV charging station that utilizes its Kiosk solution with a BMW i8 hybrid sports car. The Kiosk’s touch screen display can use user data and programmatic advertising technology for targeted advertising, as well as deliver hotel messages and service offers, and community messages.
