Samsung Australia has today announced the launch of its full 2026 TV line-up, spanning premium Micro RGB, OLED, Neo QLED, and Lifestyle TVs, as well as mainstream Mini LED and UHD TVs. In its 20th year as the world’s No. 1 TV brand[1], Samsung is expanding AI-powered features across more models, making smarter picture, sound and personalised viewing experiences a reality for more Australians. Also in its 12th year as the Global No.1 Soundbar brand,[2] Samsung has expanded its portfolio of design-led Wi-Fi speakers and soundbars, via an all-new Music Studio Series, the next generation of powerful Q-Series soundbars, and refreshed Sound Tower models.

In 2026, Samsung TVs are not only designed to be sharper[3], but smarter with Vision AI Companion (VAC) features available across 4K-and-above TVs. The expansion brings AI-powered viewing to more categories, screen sizes and consumer passion points[4] and reflects Samsung’s broader strategy to make AI a central part of the TV experience. Backed by 7 years of One UI Tizen upgrades and compatible with Endless Entertainment solutions including Samsung TV Plus, Samsung’s Vision AI Companion autonomously enhances home entertainment and simplifies interactions through natural conversations based on user preferences driving personalised experiences.[5]

Vision AI Companion Brings Smarter, More Immersive Viewing

Vision AI Companion (VAC) brings together Samsung’s broadest range of AI service platforms, including Bixby, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot, to make the TV experience more intelligent and personalised.[7] Designed to work alongside users as an entertainment companion, VAC can help guide what to watch, what to eat, and what to listen to, extending the role of the TV beyond viewing alone.[8]

Unlike AI designed for individual devices and users, Samsung Vision AI Companion is purpose-built for the communal TV screen[9] using various LLMs, including Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity to share visualised, intelligent responses adapted to Australian questions and requests[10]. An upgraded version of Bixby sits at the core of Vision AI Companion which enables more natural dialogue, deeper contextual understanding, and personalised responses.

Samsung insights show that shared experiences with family around the TV is particularly important for Australians, with half of respondents claiming their TV brings their family closer together for quality time[11]. In fact, 45% of respondents say the TV enables them to spend more time together[12], while 41% of respondents say the TV enables them to share passions and interests[13] with their families.

Samsung’s AI TV lineup also brings AI-enhanced entertainment features to movies, sports and gaming:

• AI Upscaling Pro[14]: uses AI to analyse and enhance low-resolution content in real time, delivering greater detail, depth and contrast, while Colour Booster Pro[15] analyses and categorises scenes to provide more vivid, lifelike colour.
• AI Soccer Mode Pro[16]: analyses match scenes in real time to optimise picture and sound for smoother ball movement, vivid colour and more immersive stadium audio.
• AI Sound Controller Pro[17]: analyses dialogue, background music and sound effects in real time, letting users adjust individual layers for a more immersive experience.

Vision AI Companion is available on Samsung’s entire 2026 TV range as well as being available on select 2025 models – Q7F or above.[18]

Micro RGB: Defining the Future of Premium Picture Quality

Micro RGB expands Samsung’s premium TV experience across a wider range of screen sizes, bringing highly precise colour, brightness and immersive AI-powered viewing to a large portion of Australian consumers. Available in the R95H and R85H series in sizes from 55 to 115 inches[19], Micro RGB is built on Samsung’s proprietary Micro RGB Technology, which uses individually controlled red, green and blue micro-sized LEDs[20] to deliver highly precise light control, richer detail and more natural colour.[21]

Made for Australians’ bright homes, Samsung’s certified Glare Free technology[22] on Micro RGB R95 models minimise light reflection in bright environments, helping preserve a clear viewing experience across both long summer days and dark winter viewing sessions. With a near edge-to-edge Infinity Air Design display, the 12.9mm slim profile and Infinity Air stand[23] help make the Micro RGB R95 model look like it is floating in the air, while being Wireless One Connect ready[24] for a clutter-free finish.

Micro RGB also brings Vision AI Companion (VAC)[25] and other AI-optimised features to Samsung’s premium large-screen category, adding more intelligent and personalised viewing experiences. Micro RGB AI Engine Pro[26] helps fine-tune colour, motion and depth, so viewers can stay immersed in every scene. With Micro RGB Precision Colour 100[27], colour expression appears fuller and more lifelike, with a ≥100% BT.2020 gamut ratio.

Micro RGB Colour Booster Pro[28] and Micro RGB HDR Pro[29] leverage Samsung’s AI technology to further refine picture quality by optimising colour and contrast scene by scene, helping deliver more vibrant visuals across a wide range of brightness levels.

OLED: Expanding the Lineup for More Viewing Preferences

Samsung’s 2026 OLED TVs include the S95H, S90H and S85H, offering deep blacks, rich colour, immersive performance and refined design across a wider range of viewing preferences. Certified Glare-Free technology – previously available only on the S95F model – now expands to both the S95H and the S90H, helping the display’s true blacks and rich colours stay clear and undisturbed, even in bright rooms[30].

On the flagship S95H, Samsung adds premium features designed to elevate both entertainment and art, and is Wireless One Connect ready for a clutter-free finish.[31] Pantone Validated ArtfulColor helps preserve the authenticity of original artwork with faithful colour and exceptional detail, while Art Store extends Samsung’s art experiences to OLED. The model’s FloatLayer Design also gives the display a lighter, more refined presence that blends in more naturally with the home.

For gaming and sports, Samsung OLED’s Ultimate Gaming Pack helps keep fast motion crisp and responsive. It brings together Motion Xcelerator 165Hz, support for key VRR platforms such as AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, and quick-access gaming tools for smoother, more intuitive play[32].

The OLED S95H and S90H feature the NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor, which is powered by 128 AI neural networks to enhance picture and sound experiences[33]. For soccer fans, AI Soccer Mode Pro on S95H and S90H – and AI Soccer Mode on S85H[34] – the TV will automatically detect live matches to sharpen player detail, and help produce a balanced crowd atmosphere with clear commentary, so every moment feels more immersive and match-ready, with minimal distractions[35].

The Frame: Elevating the Art TV Experience

The Frame lineup includes models designed for different spaces and installation needs. Across the line-up, users can enjoy Art Mode with access to 5,000+ professionally curated artworks,[36] along with experiences personalised by VAC.[37]

Vision AI Companion (VAC) helps make the viewing experience more seamless and context-aware by naturally surfacing helpful information on screen without interrupting content.[48] Across the Neo QLED line-up, Samsung expands AI-powered picture and motion experiences, including 4K Upscaling – with gaming performance of up to 144Hz available on select models – while the NQ4 AI Gen 2 Processor helps optimise picture and sound for a wide range of content.[49]

Samsung Mini LED brings a brighter, richer viewing experience to more viewers.[50] More precise light control and Pure Spectrum Colour give images greater depth and clarity, as well as contrast that feels more defined from scene to scene.[51]

Samsung TV Plus provides users with instant access to content without additional sign-ups or payment. Originally rooted in Samsung’s TV ecosystem, the service has grown into a global media platform that extends the value of Samsung’s hardware leadership into everyday viewing. Samsung TV Plus is available exclusively on Samsung TVs, Galaxy devices, Samsung Smart Monitors, and Family Hub refrigerators, with no subscription required.

Samsung is also expanding connectivity across its 2026 TV lineup with support for Google Cast[64] on select models, including Mini LED, Neo QLED and Crystal UHD TVs. The feature allows users to stream videos, music and other content directly from compatible smartphones and tablets to the TV, adding more flexibility to the viewing experience.

Google Photos[65] memories is now available on eligible 2026 Samsung TVs, giving users a new way to relive their favourite moments on the big screen[66]. This experience surfaces curated photo memories through Samsung Daily+, the Now brief on-screen widget and the Google Photos app, available first and exclusively for six months. Additional Google Photos features will roll out on Samsung TVs later in 2026.

Samsung Australia has today unveiled its 2026 home audio range, introducing an expanded portfolio of design-led Wi-Fi speakers and soundbars crafted to deliver more personalised listening experiences for Australians. The line-up includes the all-new Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5 wireless speakers, the next generation of powerful Q-Series soundbars, and refreshed Sound Tower models, each refined to complement modern lifestyles while enhancing home theatre experiences. This latest range builds on Samsung’s legacy as the world’s number one soundbar brand for 12 consecutive years[1] and continues Samsung’s commitment to offer a sound device to suit every Australian lifestyle.

Music Studio 7 & 5 Wi-Fi Speakers: Inspired by the Origin of Sound Itself

The all-new Samsung Music Studio Series is designed to deliver immersive audio for music, podcasts and TV audio, while perfectly harmonising with Australian living spaces. Both Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5 share a timeless “Dot Design” by renowned designer Erwan Bouroullec, sculpted in minimalist forms to avoid being linked to a particular era or style.

“Something very contemporary, like consumer electronics, can quickly become outdated if designed in a style that doesn’t endure. When the style is wrong, even the ergonomics can feel compromised, and the object becomes its own limitation,” said Mr. Bourourllec.

“In a very conscious way, I tried to root the design of the Music Studio models in what I consider the ethos of a speaker: a cone with a point in the middle. That’s what I always saw as a child behind the front cover of a speaker and it’s a shape that our brain computes easily. The finishes of the Music Studio speakers do not clearly evoke a specific material and detailing was reduced to a minimum to balance modernity with a more in-temporal approach. What has emerged is two highly technical and powerful wireless speakers that appear as furniture or art that can sit in a teenagers’ bedroom, in a workshop, or on the mantel of a modern or classically styled home.”

Music Studio 7: See the music, listen to the art

Designed to bring sound and art together, the Music Studio 7 delivers powerful 3.1.1 channel audio, creating rich, clear sound that fills spaces with depth and character. Whether its helicopters flying across a TV screen, an orchestra in a concert hall, or an emerging band with deep bass, Australians can feel fully immersed with support for wired or wireless Dolby Atmos 3D audio[2].

Complementing the Music Studio 7, the Music Studio 5 uses a built-in woofer and front-firing tweeters alongside waveguide technology to help direct and spread sound evenly across a room, enabling Australians to enjoy great audio wherever the speaker is placed.

Across the Music Studio Series, Hi-Resolution Audio helps enable Australians to hear each layer of music via enhanced decoding and signal processing with support for up to 24‑bit/96 kHz. Samsung’s new Pattern Control technology further refines the experience by directing sound, reducing distortion, and dispersing audio more evenly throughout a space.

Both speakers also utilise AI processing to enhance bass and tailor sound to both content and environment. Dynamic Bass Control[3] preserves low frequencies and reduces distortion, while SpaceFit Sound Pro[4] customises audio based on room dimensions and layout. Active Voice Amplifier Pro[5] further improves clarity by detecting background noise and enhancing dialogue.

New in 2026, Q-Symphony supports pairing up to five Samsung sound devices[6], helping Australians craft a personalised home theatre setup based on their home set-up and passions. The feature can also automatically adjust sound based on where speakers are in the room,[7] helping to provide optimal performance whatever the setup. Via Q-Symphony, both Music Studio models can also be paired with a compatible Samsung TV and soundbar to work in unison for more immersive audio when watching movies and shows[8].

Music Studio 7 and Music Studio 5 can also wirelessly connect to various devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, making it easy to play music and podcasts from popular streaming platforms. This includes a special integration with Spotify Tap, which enables Australians to double tap their phone to the Music Studio speaker to launch a playlist of recommended songs tailored to their taste. Another simple double tap again will conjure a fresh playlist – without needing to open your phone [9].  Further, two Music Studios can Stereo Play as dedicated left and right channels while up to 10 Music Studio models can connect via Group Play to create a spacious, flowing soundstage that flows naturally throughout the home[10].

Rounding out the 2026 line-up, Samsung’s refreshed Sound Tower range delivers a portable audio solution designed for both indoor use and casual outdoor entertainment to help Australians release the beat wherever the moment takes them.[17]

Engineered for clear and balanced sound across a variety of environments, the Sound Tower MX-ST50F delivers up to 240W of output, supported by an enhanced acoustic design for wide audio coverage. Redefining Cinematic Sound With Samsung’s Q-Series Soundbars

Samsung’s 2026 Q-Series soundbars reinterpret cinematic sound for contemporary homes, offering richer immersion across a range of room sizes and listening preferences.

Samsung’s latest flagship Soundbar (HW-Q990H model) delivers its most immersive soundbar experience yet, debuting Sound Elevation, a technology that lifts dialogue toward the center of the screen for more natural sounding audio. It also introduces Auto Volume, which maintains consistent volume across channels and content for a smoother, more balanced listening experience.

The 11.1.4-channel system combines a 7.0.2-channel main bar with 4.0.2-channel rear speakers and dual 8-inch compact active subwoofer, refined for a powerful and space-efficient bass. Up-firing channels and next-generation AI tuning further broaden the sound field, bringing a sense of scale typically associated with professional home theater setups.

The flagship Q-Series HW-Q990H soundbar will join Samsung Australia’s 2026 AV Line-up. Pricing and availability is yet to be announced.

New to the 2026 lineup is Samsung’s All-in-One Soundbar (HW-QS90H model), which blends performance with aesthetic versatility. Its Convertible Fit design supports both wall-mount and tabletop placements, while a built-in gyro sensor automatically adapts channel distribution based on orientation.

A 7.1.2-channel system with 13 drivers including nine wide-range speakers, and a built-in Quad Bass Woofer system deliver deep bass without the need for a separate subwoofer.

Samsung Australia is yet to announce local availability of the All-in-One Q-Series HW-QS90H Soundbar.

Music Studio Series: Iconic Dot Design, Expressive Sound

Samsung is introducing two new WiFi speakers, the “Music Studio 5” and “Music Studio 7,” to build a stronger integrated ecosystem. These new models enable a wide range of sound system combinations, maximising the audiovisual experience. Additionally, they offer rich sound experiences while also enhancing aesthetic harmony within users’ spaces, allowing consumers to enjoy an improved audio environment. Each model shares a timeless dot concept by renowned designer Erwan Bouroullec, inspired by a universal symbol in music and art, and grounded in Samsung’s signature aesthetic.

Music Studio 7 (LS70H model) is the most immersive model in the series, delivering 3.1.1-channel spatial audio through left, front, right and top-firing speakers for natural 3D immersion. Samsung’s Audio Lab Pattern Control Technology reduces signal overlap for cleaner directionality, while AI Dynamic Bass Control[1] delivers deep bass with minimal distortion and Hi-Resolution Audio enables audio processing up to 24-bit/96kHz. The Music Studio 7 functions as a standalone immersive speaker or can be paired with additional compatible sound units or compatible Samsung TVs via Q-Symphony for wider stereo or a full surround-sound setup.

Music Studio 5 (LS50H model) is designed for homes where aesthetic harmony is as important as sound, offering a smaller, gallery-inspired form that complements and elevates interior spaces. Tuned by Samsung Audio Lab, it uses a 4” woofer and dual tweeters with a built-in waveguide for clear, balanced sound, while AI Dynamic Bass Control[2] deepens low frequencies without distortion. Wi-Fi casting, streaming services, voice control and Bluetooth via Samsung Seamless Codec[3] provide smart, seamless connectivity.
