[Infographic] Not All Ice Is Created Equal: Discover the Difference With Samsung’s Ice-Making Technology
When summer temperatures soar, there’s nothing quite like a refreshing drink or chilled treat to cool down. From iced coffee and fizzy sodas to chilled smoothies and sorbets, ice is an essential ingredient in summer favourites.
But different foods and drinks call for different types of ice. Small, crushed ice is ideal for quickly chilling a beverage, while larger, slower-melting ice helps keep it cold for longer. For larger ice such as sphere ice, clarity is another key characteristic.
Across its Bespoke AI Refrigerator lineup, Samsung Electronics Canada offers five types of ice designed with different drinking cultures and preferences in mind. Available ice types vary by region and model. Select models also feature technology that precisely controls the freezing rate to create clear, solid sphere ice. Check out the infographics below to learn more about Samsung’s carefully engineered ice-making technology, thoughtfully engineered down to the shape and transparency of the ice.
