Founder and principal designer of Stacey Cohen Design recently transformed a luxury home in Toronto with the stylish suite of Samsung Lifestyle Screens

For interior designer Stacey Cohen, televisions have rarely served as statement pieces in her work as often as they have since Samsung introduced its line of Lifestyle Screens.

From TVs that double as art, transforming a family room into a gallery space, to portable screens that bring versatility to the backyard, the primary suite, and the kitchen, Cohen put Samsung Lifestyle Screens on impressive display recently at her luxury Toronto showhome.

“Samsung Lifestyle Screens truly enhance any interior and provide homeowners with a simple solution to avoid that traditional black rectangle look on the wall,” said Cohen, the founder and principal designer at Stacey Cohen Design. “Samsung has really pushed the envelope with these Lifestyle Screens and has made our interior design work even more interesting. I especially love how customizable each product is, including the chic white bezel on The Frame TVs.”

At a recent private event hosted by Cohen and Pat Bugos, Senior Vice President of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Canada, guests were introduced to the range of Lifestyle Screens and how they easily integrate into any space at home, elevating not only the décor, but also the home entertainment experience while still being functional and user friendly.

That “black rectangle look” is no more with The Frame, which boasts a matte screen to beautifully render a wide selection of world-class artwork, turning the once traditional television into a work of art when the TV is off in “Art Mode.” The TV also features customizable, magnetic bezels to change the screen’s frame to complement any space.

For interior design lovers, Cohen placed The Serif in the guest bedroom. The eye-catching floor stand makes this statement piece feel like a work of art in a gallery space. Entertaining guests is also fun and interactive with The Sero, a mobile optimized screen that lets you enjoy your mobile content on a bigger display rotating from landscape to portrait mode. The Sero also has wheels so it can go where the party does, making it a versatile addition to any home.

Bring entertainment outdoors – rain or shine – with The Terrace, an outdoor TV that offers durability and a premium viewing experience in your home’s outdoor spaces. At Cohen’s showhome, the TV is beautifully displayed in a gorgeous pergola. Boasting portability again is The Freestyle, a fun and portable e-projector that lets you tilt, point and play. Cohen also turned her patio into an outdoor home movie theatre with The Premiere, an ultra-bright, 4K laser projector that can turn a wall into 130 inches of screen.

“It was a treat to have Stacey Cohen showcase our versatile, user-friendly and beautiful lineup of Lifestyle Screens,” said Bugos, Senior Vice President of Consumer Electronics at Samsung Canada. “These products were designed to be top-tier tech as well as a great addition to interior design plans, so it was a pleasure to see that vision come to life at her showhome.”
