“We have been updating and evolving our program to ensure we are providing customers with a seamless and thoughtful high-standard repair service, and are proud to introduce the Branded Service Program,” said Frank Martino, VP of Corporate Service at Samsung Electronics Canada. “This unique Samsung Branded Service program offers easy scheduling options, and professional repair service for all consumer electronics products.”

 

 

As part of our ongoing progress servicing in-home customers, Samsung also offers call support from 9am to 9pm 7 days a week, 24/7 Live chats at www.samsung.com/ca/livechat and Text support at WE CARE (932 273), also available 24/7.

 

Samsung’s dedication to providing prompt, accessible, and professional repair service has transformed our product repair service. As part of this service, our certified technicians thoroughly test, and calibrate your Samsung product, and will also clean the product before and after the repair with sanitizing wipes.

 

*Samsung cannot guarantee the efficacy of the sanitization as results may vary and the procedure may not kill all bacteria, germs and viruses.

 

 

Our certified technicians will have comprehensive appliance cleaning kits on-hand, can help facilitate out of warranty repairs, and can arrange for pick-up and delivery of large home appliances and AV equipment requiring repair.

 

 

You’ll recognize our certified technicians right away, with Samsung branded uniforms and branded vehicles for a seamless service.

 

 

While your Samsung service experience may look different during these times, your health and safety are our top priority.

 

This service is currently available in Toronto and Montreal, with plans to into Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, London, Windsor and Winnipeg in 2021.
