Samsung Canada launches all new Samsung Account My Page, providing a one-stop shop for customers’ post-purchase needs

New Samsung Account My Page provides seamless features to support Samsung customers

 

Today, Samsung Canada is proud to announce the launch of the new Samsung Account My Page, a one-stop shop for customers to receive support during and after their Samsung purchase. With the goal to deliver a seamless and convenient journey for Samsung customers, the new My Page allows users to register their products, check previous and current purchases, request support, book repairs, and more.

 

Samsung users can register their products to a new or existing Samsung Account with ease using their serial number, a QR code scan, through TV registration, or through the Samsung Members app. In doing so, users can receive a better repair experience, including timely repair support, a detailed repair history and check-ins on progress,­­ user manuals and product tips, along with confirmation of their warranty.

 

The new My Page provides users the option to seamlessly book a walk-in or door-to-door repair for their registered Galaxy products. For TV/AV and Digital Appliances, My Page helps customers create a support request for their registered product with the click of a button without the hassle of worrying about model and serial number. Tracking a repair has also been further simplified – check the status of any existing repair and repair history of your registered product. For any future purchase, My Page has personalized product recommendations, including recommended products that enhance your ecosystem experience with existing products, along with recommendations to maximize trade-in value.
