In-Home Repairs

Samsung offers home appliance users a flexible solution to receive timely service by booking an at-home visit online. Additionally, depending on location, Canadians can book a Samsung branded technician service experience for their home appliances, where a technician will provide professional repair services straight to their door. Using 100% genuine Samsung parts, 95% of repairs are completed on the first visit.

 

Visual Support Service

With Samsung’s easy and intuitive Visual Support Service, Samsung technical product experts can analyze a customers’ appliance through their device camera – enabling the expert to assess the situation visually, request more information from the customer, and guide them forward, suggesting specific measures.
