Samsung Canada Partners with iQmetrix to Offer Samsung Care+ to More Canadians

Samsung Canada is pleased to announce a partnership with iQmetrix, one of North America’s leading providers of telecom retail management solutions, to integrate Samsung Care+ into iQmetrix’s retail management system.

 

This integration will give iQmetrix clients, representing over 2,000 retail locations across Canada, the ability to offer customers enhanced protection of their new Samsung devices with Samsung Care+, a total care service for Samsung Galaxy smartphones, laptops, tablets, hearable, or wearable devices.

 

Customers will be protected against physical or liquid damage and mechanical malfunctions or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, for up to two years[1] [2]. With the Samsung Care+ Plan, a team of dedicated Samsung Galaxy experts is available to help get Galaxy users back on track.

iQmetrix is currently offering Samsung Care+ at Samsung Experience Stores in Canada, with plans to expand to upwards of 2,000 retail locations throughout 2022.
