Today, Samsung Electronics Canada Inc. announced the launch of its new premium protection plan for corporate devices: Samsung Care+ for Business. With worry-free repairs, an extended warranty of up to three years and coverage for physical damage and liquid intrusion, this total care service provides businesses with the peace of mind of knowing their devices are protected.
With today’s employees reporting that over a third of their workdays are spent on their smartphones, it’s become increasingly important for businesses to prevent productivity loss resulting from having to manage broken devices. Samsung Care+ for Business is a device lifecycle management tool that, in addition to Samsung Knox, provides the complete solution for device management, security, and protection, to maximize business continuity.
Samsung Care+ for Business, when combined with the (optional) Knox Manage, eliminates the need for IT Managers to have to manage their own pool of device inventory and secure data when repairs are required.  Advanced Exchange service is available on Samsung smartphones and tablets only. The replacement product will be delivered to the customer via express mail (average 1 business day after receiving the request), together with the shipping label for the customer to return the original defective device back to Samsung.
 For physical damage and liquid intrusion service requests, two (2) covered claims are allowed per each 12-month period during the duration of the Samsung Care+ for Business.
 The extended 3-year warranty is available on certain Samsung devices, including Galaxy XCover and Tab Active Series devices.
