Samsung Electronics Canada Unveils New LED Service Centre in Ontario for Direct View LED Products

Samsung Electronics Canada Inc. is thrilled to announce the official opening of its newest LED service centre in Ontario for Direct View LED products, effective September 4, 2024. Samsung is dedicated to listening to customers and committed to improving its overall Direct View LED service experience for Samsung Electronics Canada customers. The new service centre will be a single collection point for local repair of all eligible Direct View LED modules. It will provide services and repairs for hardware failure including modules repairs, exchange of cabinet parts, and S-Box repairs. Additionally, eligible out of warranty LED Direct Diode products can be serviced at a cost.  

 

  1. Module Repair: Customers will need to provide (i) module part number, (ii) model code, (iii) 15-digit serial number cabinet, (iv) cabinet project number, and (v) 25-digit module ID.  
  2. Exchange for Cabinet Parts: Customers will need to provide (i) part number, (ii) model code, and (iii) 15-digit serial number. 
  3. S-Box Repair: Customers will need to provide (i) model code and (ii) 15-digit serial number.  
  4. Expired Warranty: Customers who no longer have a valid warranty can contact the service centre by providing the model code, 15-digit serial number, and description of the problem for servicing at a cost.  

The 15-digit LED cabinet serial number may be found on the actual LED cabinet. 

Barcode labels (model code, project number, part number, and 25-digit module ID) are located at the back of each LED module. 

QR code labels may be found at the back of the cabinet. 

 

Customers should also prepare a description of the problem and any troubleshooting steps taken prior to contacting the service centre for ease of assistance. 

 

Samsung Canada is committed to supporting Direct View LED partners and customers coast to coast Monday through Friday including statutory holidays, from 8:00 a.m. through 8:30 p.m. EST.
