Samsung is the Most Awarded Brand for Kitchen and Laundry Appliances in J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Appliance Satisfaction Study

For the second year in a row, Samsung is the most awarded brand for kitchen and laundry appliances in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Appliance Satisfaction Study. Samsung received 10 J.D. Power  awards in total, with its Top Load Washers ranking No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction for the sixth year in a row; its Top Mount Freezers, and Ranges each ranking No. 1 for the third year in a row; its Cooktops, Front Load Washer, Clothes Dryer, French Door Refrigerator, and Over-the-Range-Microwave each ranking No. 1 for the second year in a row; and its Side-by-Side Refrigerator, and Wall Oven each ranking No. 1 for the first time.[1]

The J.D. Power study assessed feedback from more than 15,000 customers who purchased home appliances within the past year, measuring their satisfaction on a 1,000-point scale according to various dimensions.
