Samsung Proves it is the Brand for the New Generation of Homeowners at KBIS 2020
Samsung sets the standard for the modern home with a lineup of connected, beautifully designed lifestyle products that meet the needs of today’s homebuyers, builders, and designers
With millennials poised to become the largest group of homebuyers this year, today’s customers are looking for home appliances that connect seamlessly, fit their lifestyles, and match their unique personalities. That is exactly what they can expect from Samsung, which recently showcased its broad portfolio of lifestyle home appliance products at the 2020 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show.
“As a leader in home appliances, we’re proud to offer a variety of innovative products for Canadians and their homes,” said Warner Doell, Senior Vice President, Consumer Electronics, Samsung Canada. “We’re demonstrating how personalized, connected products simplify everyday tasks so that you can spend more time doing what you love, with the people you love, in the space you love.”
Our living spaces are evolving. Home is no longer viewed as just a kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom. It’s where our friends and family members gather to share and relax with one another. At the same time, the boundaries between our physical and digital worlds are shrinking.
Samsung offers home appliances that help reduce those boundaries through connectivity. These appliances are as beautiful as they are functional, allowing customers to design and personalize their living spaces. No matter which type of product you are looking for, you will find design and colour options that complement both your personal style and your home’s décor.
At KBIS 2020, Samsung highlighted connected products and, more importantly, curated experiences—an ecosystem of intelligent products that make household tasks more convenient than ever, freeing you up to do the things you enjoy most. That means ranges you can control via your favourite voice assistant, so you can adjust the time or temperature while you’re busy chopping vegetables.
Customers can experience the power of the Samsung connected home, including the one at the centre of the smart home: the Family Hub. Family Hub serves as a smart home control hub, enabling family members to share life’s important moments with one another, and manage smart devices within their home. You can order groceries, share videos from your smartphone, view multiple cameras at-a-glance, and even be notified when your laundry is done—all on the screen of your refrigerator.
Samsung showcased the new side-by-side refrigerator lineup, the new French door refrigerator lineup, the new slide-in range lineup, 4-Door Bespoke refrigerator, Jet stick vacuum cleaner, and AirDresser.
In addition to offering solutions for homeowners, Samsung is also showcasing solutions for the home builder industry at KBIS. As the builder segment has grown, Samsung has invested heavily in products and programs specifically for home builder, designer, and distributor businesses. With design, performance, and connectivity, Samsung is uniquely positioned to provide everything builders need to deliver the experiences that their customers expect from them.—and does it with a broad lineup of home appliances, from entry-level to premium.
