Samsung Releases the Galaxy Book4 Edge, Its First Copilot+ PC, in the Canadian market

Expanding Samsung’s most hyperconnected mobile AI ecosystem, the Galaxy Book4 Edge introduces a new era of AI PCs

Samsung’s next-gen AI PC will change the way users work, create and play through the power of AI

 

Samsung Electronics today announced the availability of the new Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge in select markets, including Canada. With next-level AI processing performance and intelligent hybrid AI integrations, the Galaxy Book4 Edge introduces users to new levels of seamless work, play and creation on their PC.

 

 

The Galaxy Book4 Edge — a Copilot+ PC1 —  reimagines what is possible with a PC. Powered by the Snapdragon® X Elite processor, it boasts an incredible 45 TOPS Neural Processing Unit (NPU)2 for cutting-edge AI computing performance. Bridging the gap between PC and mobile, the Galaxy Book4 Edge brings popular Galaxy AI3 features to an immersive screen with the new Link to Windows4 function. It also allows users to seamlessly perform everyday actions like retrieving contacts or sending messages on a phone with natural language via Copilot voice prompts.

 

The Galaxy Book4 Edge further advances what users can accomplish in their day with features that fuel productivity and creativity. Using both on-device and cloud-based AI, the Galaxy Book4 Edge makes it possible to access various AI features even when generate and evolve artwork from text prompts in near real-time, while Live Captions6 breaks language barriers during video calls.

 

 

With 14-inch and 16-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X7 display size options and Vision Booster8 for an immersive viewing experience, the Galaxy Book4 Edge is perfect for getting things done on-the-go. All this is packed in an ultra-thin and lightweight form factor that offers up to 22 hours of battery life for video playback9 and Super-Fast Charging.10

 

From June 18,11 the Galaxy Book4 Edge will be available in the new Sapphire Blue colour in select markets, including Canada.

Galaxy Book4 Edge 16″ model features a 61.8Wh (typical) battery, supports up to 22 hours of video runtime on a full charge and can be charged with up to 40% charge in 30 minutes. Galaxy Book4 Edge 14″ model features a 55.9Wh (typical) battery, supports up to 18 hours of video runtime on a full charge and can be charged with up to 45% charge in 30 minutes.
