Walk-in repair service now available at Samsung Experience Store at Montreal Eaton Centre
At Samsung, we continue to work towards improving the customer experience by providing convenient access to product and services support. We are pleased to announce that our Samsung Experience Store at Montreal Eaton Centre now supports same-day* walk-in service for Samsung Galaxy smartphones, tablets and accessories.
On-site service options include diagnosis of your Galaxy device, an opportunity to consult with our Galaxy experts, and same-day repairs performed by certified Samsung-authorized technicians.
The health and safety of our customers and employees continues to be our top priority. Here is what to expect when visiting our Samsung Experience Store at Montreal Eaton Centre:
- UV-C sanitization will be provided after repair[1].
- In-store social distancing protocols have been implemented. During peak traffic periods, customers may be asked to wait in line before entry into the store or Service Centre.
- When visiting the store or Service Centre, a facial mask or covering is required and customers must adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- At this time, customers are not permitted to wait in-store or at the Service Centre. Once your Galaxy device has been dropped off for service, a Samsung customer service representative will contact you when your repair is completed and available for pick up.
- Remember: Please back up all of your data, and removing SIM and SD cards prior to dropping off your device for service.
In addition to our Montreal Eaton Centre location, our Samsung Walk-in Service Centre at 5395 Rue des Jockeys, Montréal, QC H4P 2T7 is also open for your local repair and service needs.
