The Eco Drum Clean+ cycle in Samsung washers has been certified by Intertek to remove more than 99.9% of biofilm (bacterial buildup) on Samsung washers’ tub-insert carriers. For models with a Self Clean+ function, ultra-intense jets of high-temperature water will remove 99% of bacteria⁷ that can accumulate inside the drum.
