We’ve all been there… feeling like our device is more sophisticated than we are, and not knowing how to use it to its full capacity. Who do you turn to for help? Well, if you’re a Samsung ATIV PC user, now you won’t need to bother your friends or trawl through messy and confusing online forums.


Samsung recently launched the ATIV Help app to answer questions you have about your PC quickly and correctly. This helpful app will enable you to get familiar with the features didnt know about before. It also notifies you of important and relevant issues, which you can share instantly with your ATIV-using friends. So, how can you use this app efficiently?


How to Install


Installing the ATIV Help app is the same as installing any Samsung app on your Samsung smartphone. First, run GALAXY Apps or Google Play Store. Then type in “ATIV Help” on the search bar and tap the search icon. Once you have found ATIV Help from the search results, tap on install button. And you are set to go!



How to Register Your ATIV PC

Once you activate the app, a box will appear where you will type in the product model number of your ATIV PC. If you are not sure of the model number, tap the question mark icon and a list of model numbers will show up. After you have registered your product, you will be granted access to the information related to your product via the different “features” available. You don’t even have to register right away, but you can take care of this later by tapping the Register icon.


How to Use the Features Effectively


The ATIV Help App includes various features such as Help Video, ATIV FAQ, Simulator, Online Support, and more.

Well, a video is worth a thousand words, isn’t it? Samsung provided 60 helpful videos that will guide you through using tons of ATIV features you didn’t even know about.  The content is easy to follow along with, and you can check them out anytime anywhere on your smartphone!

From the basic questions to advanced questions on using Windows 8 and 8.1 versions, you will be able to satisfy your curiosity with detailed answers. Many answers also provide “cautions” so that you solve your problem without causing a bigger one!
