In economics, there is a term called ‘product differentiation’, which refers to a strategy or process of making a product unique. It could mean that you’re distinguishing your products from your competitors’, but it could also mean that you’re custom-designing a product to meet specific needs of a group of people. In this article, we’re talking about the latter. This is important for companies because it reflects their willingness to understand people and their cultures.
