The booth featured ten product zones demonstrating how Samsung’s display portfolio supports retail, corporate, hotel, education and hybrid commercial environments.

That momentum was reflected across the show floor, where Samsung’s commercial display portfolio received a record number of top industry awards and category wins.

Retail: Display Solutions Designed for Inside and Out

In retail environments, Samsung’s display solutions are built to perform across different sightlines, lighting conditions and store layouts.

At the show, Samsung brings this performance to life by showcasing the IBF series LED display in a 142-inch configuration for window-facing applications.

Designed for highly bright environments, the display reaches 3,500 nits of brightness to deliver clear advertising content to the public while maintaining a clean, visually unobtrusive presence inside the store. The slim 42mm profile and clean-back design showed how the display can blend naturally into open storefronts, while flexible installation options support a wide range of layouts, including flat, L-type, convex, concave and window-facing setups.

The new IEF series indoor LED signage takes a different approach, optimized for retail environments where screens are viewed up close and details matter. 

The IEF signage delivers 600-nit brightness with HDR10+ support, the display produces clear, consistent visuals across both bright and dark content, while Glue-on-Board (GoB) technology adds a protective layer to support long-term performance in high-traffic settings. 

Samsung Color E-Paper offers an impactful alternative to printed posters in day-to-day retail operations. At ISE 2026, Samsung showed how its 13-inch, 20-inch,¹ and 32-inch displays can work together within a single retail environment, using familiar proportions and formats that allow digital signage to sit naturally alongside printed materials and existing displays.

Across all sizes, Color E-Paper uses ultra-low power digital ink technology, consuming power only when content changes.² With the dedicated Samsung Color E-Paper app, retail associates can manage local content directly from their mobile devices, reducing the operational burden of frequent reprinting without disrupting the space’s look and feel.

Samsung’s newly launched 85-inch Spatial Signage allows businesses to showcase products in high-traffic retail environments where space and aesthetics are equally important. With its patented 3D Plate Technology, Spatial Signage can display products and content in full 360-degree rotation, giving visitors a clear view of products from all angles.

Smaller 55-inch and 32-inch formats arriving later this year will extend immersive 3D capability to smaller displays and department-level retail environments.

Supersized Displays: Commanding Scale and Immersion

The 130-inch QPHX Micro RGB signage made its commercial debut at ISE 2026, expanding Samsung’s footprint in supersized commercial signage. Large-format displays continue to play a growing role in flagship retail and brand experience spaces where scale and clarity are essential. The 130-inch signage illustrates how scale and color accuracy can anchor an environment and draw attention from across the floor.

The display features Micro RGB Technology with individually controlled micro RGB LED backlights for fine detail rendering across the entire screen, ensuring color expression even in ultra-large-format installations.

The supersized lineup supports large-scale messaging across different environments. The 105-inch QPDX pairs 5K resolution with a 21:9 widescreen format, supports portrait and landscape installation, and enables mixed 9:21 and 16:9 layouts within a single screen.

The 115-inch QHFX is designed for high-visibility indoor spaces, with portrait and landscape support and a non-glare surface that helps reduce reflections from ambient lighting and daylight.

Corporate: Seamless Meeting and Control Room Solutions

For corporate environments, Samsung showcased display solutions designed to simplify meeting spaces while supporting high-quality collaboration.

The Wall All-in-One introduces a streamlined LED solution for boardrooms and executive meeting spaces. The Wall All-in-One drastically simplifies installation thanks to its modular, section-based design, enabling faster setup than traditional LED installations.

The display ships with all required peripherals, including control, audio and mounting hardware into a single package to reduce sourcing and installation complexity.

Samsung also highlighted collaboration scenarios enabled by Cisco-certified integration, in which AI-powered cameras and microphones work alongside LED displays to deliver more natural, lifelike video conferencing experiences.

To further simplify deployment, meeting rooms can be set up quickly using Microsoft Express Install, combining Samsung QMC Smart Signage with Logitech video conferencing solutions to support Microsoft Teams Rooms with minimal configuration.

Hotel: Flexible Hospitality Integration

In the hospitality zone, Samsung highlighted how in-room displays are evolving into part of the guest experience rather than standalone screens. The Frame for Hotel (model: HL03H)⁴ drew strong interest from attendees as a design-forward display created to blend naturally into guest rooms while supporting modern hotel operations.

Recognized with a Top New Technologies (TNT) Award in the Displays (TV) category and Future’s Best of Show in AV Technology, The Frame for Hotel reflects growing demand for screens that balance aesthetics and functionality. A built-in One Connect Box helps reduce visible cabling and simplify installation, which is an important consideration for both new builds and retrofits.

Alongside Samsung Hotel TV, attendees could try LYNK Cloud in action. LYNK Cloud is a platform that helps hotels remotely manage, monitor and update connected hotel TVs and better understand how guests use in-room digital services.

Through its Business Intelligence capabilities, hotel teams can see which concierge features guests engage with most, from menu selections to content viewing habits. These insights help hotels refine services and improve the in-room experience, while laying the foundation for more personalized, design-led hospitality environments in the future.

Classroom: Educational Display Solutions 

During the event, Samsung highlighted how the display can support continuity between classes by enabling educators to log in to their own personal profiles directly on the WAFX-P. To access their personal profiles, they simply scan a QR code or an NFC-enabled ID card. If a teacher forgets to log out, another can simply scan their ID card to switch profiles, making it easy to move between classrooms and displays.

The Interactive Display WAFX-P series was recognized with both a TNT Award in the Interactive Whiteboard category and Future’s Best of Show Award in the Tech & Learning category, reflecting its ability to reduce friction during everyday classroom instruction.

Samsung LED Signage Manager 2 (LSM2) is designed to streamline the installation and operation of large-scale LED systems in control room environments. With support for offline pre-configuration, automatic IP assignment and built-in self-diagnosis, LSM2 helps reduce setup time and maintain reliable day-to-day operation. At ISE 2026, Spark⁵ launched as a new showcase bringing together gaming, broadcast, design, live events and media within a single creative program. Samsung Electronics today announced the global launch of the 13-inch Samsung Color E-Paper (EM13DX model), expanding its Color E-Paper lineup with the world’s first display designed with a bio-resin housing derived from phytoplankton. The paper‑thin display uses advanced digital ink technology and ultra‑low power to offer businesses a practical alternative to traditional printed signage.

“As businesses look for more flexible and efficient ways to communicate, Samsung Color E-Paper represents a shift in how digital signage fits into everyday operations,” said Hyoung Jae Kim, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics. “By incorporating innovative technology such as phytoplankton-based bio-resin, we’re demonstrating our commitment to advancing both display technology and the materials behind it. Our Color E-Paper products are designed to replace paper with ultra-low power performance and ultra-slim, lightweight designs.”

Paper‑Like Color and Clarity for Modern Digital Displays

As the smallest model in the lineup, the new 13-inch Samsung Color E-Paper offers businesses a compact display option for shelves, counters, tables and doors where traditional paper signage is still widely used. Similar in scale to A4 paper, the display delivers 1,600 x 1,200 resolution in a 4:3 aspect ratio.

With a rechargeable, embedded battery, USB Type-C support and flexible mounting options,¹ the display can be deployed without permanent power cables. Its ultra-slim 17.9mm design weighs just 0.9kg with the battery, making it easy to install and reposition across different placements as campaigns change. Samsung’s advanced color imaging algorithm enhances color accuracy and readability to deliver a paper-like look and feel. By smoothing gradations and refining contours, it produces vivid visuals that resemble traditional posters and point-of-purchase displays, helping businesses transition naturally from printed materials to digital signage.

Pioneering Lower‑Impact Signage With Bio‑Based Materials

Samsung’s 13-inch Color E-Paper is the world’s first commercial display to apply a bio-resin derived from phytoplankton in its housing. The display’s housing has been independently verified by global safety and sustainability certification organization UL to consist of 45% recycled plastic and 10% phytoplankton-based bio-resin. This material innovation was developed as an alternative to conventional petroleum-based plastics, which can reduce carbon emissions in the manufacturing process by more than 40%.²

Sustainability is carefully considered in every part of the display, from the housing to the packaging. The entire packaging, including the box, cushion and accessory box, is made from 100% paper.

Day-to-day operation is designed to be just as efficient. The display maintains static images at zero watts power, reducing unnecessary energy usage without compromising reliability.³ When content is updated, overall energy⁴ use remains far lower than that of conventional digital signage, which helps lower operating costs over time.

Easy Content Control With Samsung E-Paper App and Samsung VXT

Samsung’s 13-inch Color E-Paper supports simple content control for both local and remote operation. The Samsung E-Paper App, available on Android and iOS, allows staff to update and manage local content directly from personal devices, without the need for an additional remote control.

The display is also compatible with Samsung VXT, a cloud-based content and remote device management platform that lets teams remotely manage hardware settings, troubleshoot issues and create and deploy content with minimal training. For Color E-Paper, Samsung VXT includes dedicated features to optimize content visibility, as well as a preview function that allows teams to check color accuracy before deployment.

Alongside the new 13-inch display, Samsung will unveil a 20-inch model for the first time at ISE 2026, a world-renowned audiovisual and systems integration tech show held in Barcelona from Feb. 3-6. With this expansion of the Color E-Paper lineup beyond the existing 32-inch model offering, the Color E-Paper portfolio is increasingly designed to support a wide range of business needs.

Samsung hosted a live demonstration at Samsung Corporate Broadcast Studio inside the ISE 2025 venue to showcase the seamless integration of The Wall for Virtual Production (IVC model) with Arnold & Richter Cine Technik (ARRI) cameras and lighting fixtures as well as Realtime Department’s digital experience solution. A specialized algorithm optimizes content visibility for the display and includes a preview function to ensure content and color are accurate before deployment.

Content management is made simple through the mobile app and Samsung VXT, with businesses also able to use their own solutions through Tizen Enterprise APIs, which enable easy integration with existing management systems.

AI Features Bring New Intelligence and Control to SmartThings Pro and Interactive Display

In 2025, SmartThings Pro, Samsung’s hyper-connected business-to-business (B2B) management platform, brings enhanced AI and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency.³

The platform offers Interactive View, which uses AI to convert 2D floor plans into 3D images of business premises. This 3D visualization makes it easier to understand and navigate spaces intuitively, enabling business operators to manage connected devices with ease.

SmartThings Pro also features advanced automation controls, allowing businesses to adjust settings — such as power, volume and brightness — based on pre-set conditions like ambient lighting, room occupancy and store operating hours. These automated adjustments save time while ensuring devices are optimized for their environments. When using SmartThings Pro on displays, switching between content streams is equally seamless. This is because users are able to effortlessly change channels or input sources for a streamlined experience.⁴

Additionally, Samsung Smart Signage features CryptoCore, a FIPS 140-3-certified encryption module that safeguards sensitive authentication data for IoT connections and ensures that these connections between devices remain secure.⁵

At ISE, Samsung is also showcasing the 2025 Interactive Display (WAFX-P model), powered by Android OS 15 and featuring new AI capabilities that enhance education and collaboration opportunities.

The WAFX-P model provides AI capabilities, featuring Circle to Search, which enables users to easily search for images or translate text directly on-screen, and AI Summary, which automatically generates concise recaps of lectures or meetings.

Supersized 4K Smart Signage Redefines Immersion

Samsung’s 115” 4K Smart Signage (QHFX model) leads the industry in advancing supersized displays, offering businesses bold new ways to captivate audiences and transform environments with immersive visuals.

Building on the success of last year’s 105” QPDX-5K model, which features a 21:9 aspect ratio optimized for video conferencing, the 115” QHFX delivers greater versatility with its 16:9 aspect ratio, and its multi-view functionality — which supports up to four split windows — makes it ideal for simultaneously showcasing multiple content streams. This adaptability makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, from meeting rooms to luxurious retail stores requiring premium, large-scale displays.

The QHFX also eliminates visible borders commonly associated with traditional video walls, creating an uninterrupted display that engages viewers and enhances any environment. Featuring QLED 4K resolution, 700 nits of maximum brightness and Tizen OS 8.0, it ensures vibrant visuals and smooth performance. The QHFX integrates seamlessly with SmartThings Pro and Samsung VXT, while additional user-friendly features — like a built-in handle for easy installation and VESA⁶ compatibility — provide businesses with flexibility and convenience.

Samsung featured an expansive exhibition area spanning 1,728m² — the largest among participants — drawing significant attention from attendees. At ISE 2024, Samsung introduced an era of hyper-connectivity in the B2B space with SmartThings for Business. A dedicated SmartThings zone, designed to replicate various business settings such as coffee shops, hotels and offices, showcased the vast potential of SmartThings in various verticals.

In retail setups, Samsung demonstrated how SmartThings could transform store operations through personalized automation. SmartThings for Business streamlines tasks with customized settings while ensuring top-notch security through real-time store monitoring and instant alerts.

SmartThings enhances the guest experience in hospitality businesses as well. Using the SmartThings web browser, guests can easily check and control room conditions while also enjoying convenient features like auto check in and check out, all without the need for separate applications.

Samsung showcased enhanced business applications by incorporating SmartThings for Business into a corporate office space. Samsung VXT Takes Over the Stage With Three Awards at ISE 2024

During ISE 2024, Samsung showcased its new cutting-edge content management solution, Samsung VXT (Visual eXperience Transformation). This cloud-native management software simplifies content creation and display management for B2B setups — including in-store promotions, advertisements and more — on one secure platform.

Amidst the rise of hybrid work, Samsung unveiled a new smart signage (Model name: QPD-5K), optimized for video conferencing solutions, which will broaden the customer experience even further with more tailored solutions.

In partnership with Cisco, the new 105-inch 5K smart signage delivers a distinctive experience with its 21:9 widescreen ratio, offering an exceptional immersive experience that similarly replicates an in-person meeting room experience.

The 2024 WAD Interactive Display Provides Unlimited Learning Possibilities

Samsung also unveiled a new interactive display (Model name: WAD), designed to provide dynamic and engaging learning experiences. The 2024 model boasts substantial improvements including 8GB RAM and 64GB of memory compared to its predecessors, ensuring stable performance and elevating learning experiences to unprecedented heights.

This cutting-edge solution utilizes large LED walls with real-time visual effects, streamlining content creation with efficient virtual backgrounds in studio.

Samsung also captured the attention of booth visitors by showcasing a potential use case of The Wall in traffic control centers. New Strategy

As part of this new push, Samsung has also unveiled a change in its business warranty strategy, aimed at providing next day repairs and replacements. Under the old strategy, faulty products would be repaired within five days. However, any issue that is reported before 4pm will now receive an on-site visit the next business day and the faulty product will be replaced with a new one, while it is being repaired.

“Being unable to operate because of a faulty product can be very disruptive for a business and even result in lost revenue. This new strategy will give companies the immediate assistance they need to get them up and running as soon as possible so any downtime is minimal,” said Gaut.

This new change in strategy comes as the company prepares to launch its new products at ISE 2016 this month. Alongside showcasing its outdoor display screens, video walls, e-boards and its transparent OLED screens, Samsung will become the first major brand to unveil an LED Modular screen designed for use in a multitude of environments.

With the new strategy and launch of the new products due to hit the market, Samsung is continuing to establish itself as a major player in the AV industry. Over the last five years, it has achieved a target of doubling its smart signage business from $100m to $200m.

Through its “retail store of the future” exhibit, Samsung invites ISE attendees to view how interactive and sensory displays will drive new customer engagement. Samsung’s ML55E mirror displays and TO55F transparent OLED signage can be used for both promotional and welcome messaging. They can also function as a virtual catalogue of accessories and products. In fashion and cosmetics applications, shoppers also can use the mirror to digitally view how a particular product would look, to enable more informed purchasing decisions.
