DJ Koh, President and CEO of IT & Mobile Communications Division at Samsung Electronics, introduced the new smartphones during a gala event attended by media, partners and fans. DJ Koh, Samsung Electronics’ President and CEO of IT & Mobile Communications Division, kicks off the launch event with a friendly greeting: “Namaste and hello everyone! It’s great to be back in India.”

While discussing experiences that reach across every device, platform and brand, Koh mentions how much he missed India’s chai, tandoori chicken, and masala dosa.

Samsung India’s Senior Vice President, Mohandeep Singh, discusses some of the Galaxy S10’s cutting-edge technology.

Singh offers the audience an overview of the exciting features that come with the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e.

Samsung India’s Product Manager, Vivek Joshua, introduces the new Galaxy Buds, which, as he explains, “are smarter, more efficient and lighter, and come with a wireless charging case.”

Guests are welcomed to the launch event’s hands-on experience zone, which allows them to get an up-close look at the Galaxy S10 line’s dynamic innovations.

Samsung Electronics today launched Samsung Newsroom India, a news hub for company-related news and stories to serve Indian audiences. The new website may be reached at news.samsung.com/in.

Samsung’s presence in India is multifaceted, including local operations in design, R&D and manufacturing. The India Newsroom will explore Samsung’s India-specific offerings and provide fascinating insight on its most innovative products. The site will also cover Samsung’s efforts to enrich communities across the country as well as business insights and vision.

The India Newsroom is the sixth Samsung Newsroom to launch thus far, following the global site and newsrooms for Brazil, Korea, the United States and Vietnam.
