Samsung Files Lawsuit Against Apple in the U.S.[Issue & Fact]

On April 27, Samsung Electronics filed a lawsuit in the US District Court for the
Northern District of California against Apple Inc. citing infringements of 10 patents.
This follows legal action taken by Samsung against Apple on April 21, in Seoul
Central District Court for infringements of five patents, Tokyo, Japan citing infringements of
two patents and in Mannheim, Germany citing infringements of three patents.
Samsung is continuing to respond actively to the legal action taken against us in order to
protect our intellectual property and to ensure our continued innovation and growth in the mobile communications business.
