Samsung Opens First Ever Experience Store in Genting

Samsung Malaysia Electronics Sdn. Bhd., today launched its first ever Samsung Experience Store (SES) in Genting Highlands at the prestigious Sky Avenue mall. The expansion is a step closer to achieving Samsung’s vision of providing products and service catering to local consumers.

The SES retails a wide range of the Samsung Galaxy mobile phones as well as the brand’s variety of innovative wearables. The SES aims to serve as a one-stop shop for all Samsung customers by providing customer satisfaction with the best products and services.

“The opening of the Samsung Experience Store is another step forward in our expansion plans to different regions of Malaysia. Our aim is to continuously expand our channel coverage providing consumers a revolutionary digital convergence experience. With this expansion to Genting Highlands, we want to bring our innovations closer to local Malaysians as well as those visiting our country” said Lee Jui Siang, Vice President of IT & Mobile Business Unit, Samsung Malaysia Electronics.

In celebration of today’s opening, customers can take home a personalized caricature mug, specially drawn using a Galaxy Note5 with purchase of any Samsung product, from 1pm to 8pm on 14 January. Additionally, a purchase of any Samsung product also entitles customers to a special edition umbrella, from 14 January onwards.

Located at Lot. T2B-57, Level T2B, Sky Avenue, Genting Highlands Resorts, the brand new SES is now open for business every day, from 10am-10pm.
