Samsung’s first device to feature a satin gloss finish that wraps the smartphone in a tranquil glow and glimmer

Kuala Lumpur, 6 July 2018 – It is official that Sunrise Gold, a variant of the Galaxy S9 and S9+ is now available in Malaysia! This is Samsung’s first ever smartphone to sport a satin gloss finish, offering a sophisticated look for Samsung fans who want a stylistic touch of high fashion on their mobile device.

Sunrise Gold is inspired by satin-weave fabric, which reflects a unique and subtle aura of gloss. As Galaxy S9’s latest colour edition, the subtle glossy surface radiates with a reddish glow to perfectly capture the warmth of the rising sun.

The concept of Galaxy S9 and S9+ revolves around capturing everyday moments in special ways. Launched in March 2018, each colour represent a different time of the day: Midnight Black is inspired by the night; Coral Blue mimics dawn; and Lilac Purple reflects the sunset. The similar concept was applied when Samsung created the new Sunrise Gold colour edition.

The Sunrise Gold Galaxy S9 and S9+ is now available for purchase at all Samsung Experience stores and Samsung Malaysia Online Store at the recommended retail price of RM3,109 (64GB) and RM3,769 (128GB) respectively.
