Samsung Teams Up With Disney and Pixar To Promote the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ in New Campaign Video Celebrating the Release of “Inside Out 2”
New collaboration playfully shows how Samsung’s latest laundry features help take the stress out of doing laundry
“Inside Out 2” opens in theaters on June 14
Dealing with dirty laundry can be overwhelming — think about separating colors as well as adults’ and kids’ clothing, reading and interpreting care labels and choosing different detergents and fabric softeners — which is why it often causes frustration for many of us.
In a new campaign video released on May 28, Samsung illustrates how Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ takes the frustration out of an everyday household chore. The video was produced in collaboration with Disney and Pixar and showcases characters from “Inside Out 2” which releases in theaters on June 14.[1]
The campaign video provides a whimsical look at the emotional roller coaster people can escape if they choose Samsung’s Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ featuring functions such as AI EcoBubble™.[2] “Inside Out 2” introduces new Emotions — including Anxiety, Embarrassment, Ennui and Envy — as main character Riley turns 13 and faces her next set of challenges.

Launched in February, the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ proved very popular in Korea — with 1,000 machines sold in the first three days after its release to become the first heat pump washer dryer in the Korean market to record over 10,000 sales.
The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ revolutionizes the laundry experience by combining washer and dryer functions into one machine without needing to transfer loads and saving spaces by up to 40%. In addition, users can check the status of the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ and other SmartThings-connected home appliances via AI Home. AI EcoBubble™ makes laundry more efficient by optimizing the amount of bubbles and washing time on AI Wash & Dry™ and Bedding cycles by detecting the weight, contamination level and material of the load. Meanwhile, AI Energy Mode[3] reduces energy consumption by up to 60% when washing and 30% when drying.[4]
The collaboration with Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” will also feature fun takeovers at key retail globally with co-branded POS (Point of sale) and POP (Point of purchase).
As anticipation builds for “Inside Out 2” before its global release in theaters on June 14, the campaign video will run on Samsung’s YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook channels.
