Franchise Asia remains the biggest and longest-running franchise show in Asia, featuring participation from over 250 local and international companies and drawing a crowd of more than 50,000 attendees.

 

During the expo, Incoming SEPCO Home Appliance Business Director Joseph Lee, Samsung Display Business Director Ben Kim, and President Minsu Chu proudly showcased their top-tier innovations designed to transform retail environments into connected and immersive experiences, benefiting not only customers but also the businesses themselves.

Samsung’s booth during Franchise Expo featured a restaurant concept powered by its business solutions to demonstrate their real-word application and impact.

 

From browsing menus to processing payment, Samsung offers a wide array of solutions for every step of the customer journey, from browsing the displays to ordering. Before customers step inside the store, they are greeted by an attractive storefront display powered by The Frame TV. Its modern frame design and magnetic frames can be interchanged to suit the store’s aesthetics. This TV is also equipped with Art Mode for static images that can be replaced based on seasonality and content and boasts a matte finish that allows viewers to appreciate the art without the reflection.

 

Afterwards, customers can browse the store’s offerings through the Samsung Business TV. Businesses can easily update their menus with the TV’s flexible functionality, allowing organizations to update menu boards and advertising posters without needing replacements.

 

Once the customer is ready to order, they can enjoy a quick and simple process using Samsung’s rugged devices and Self-Ordering Kiosks. The rugged devices are designed to withstand the most demanding environments, keeping users connected, productive, and protected, and have enhanced Near Field Communication (NFC) to be mobile point of sale (mPOS) ready for easy payment processing. On the other hand, the Self-Ordering Kiosk offers an all-in-one solution for contactless and streamlined ordering and payment.

 

Whether they’re just browsing or making a purchase, customers can stay in the store feeling comfortably cool. The Cassette Air Conditioners can evenly circulate and cool every corner of the store, creating a comfortable and cool environment for customers to enjoy.

 

Of course, Samsung ensures businesses can keep their produce fresh to ensure the quality of their offerings while saving on energy with the Bespoke Refrigerator built with AI Energy mode. This technology monitors energy usage and makes recommendations to help save on energy. Power Cool/Freeze technology blows intensely cold air into the fridge to quickly cool its contents.
