The Galaxy Watch Ultra is your ideal workout companion, designed to help you tap into your inner athlete.

Have you ever watched your favorite sports legends in action and thought, “If only I had their drive?” Guess what? You already have that drive within you all along; all you need are the right tools to help you unlock it. This is where the all-new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7[1] come in. The latest additions to Samsung’s wearables lineup are not just smartwatches. Powered by Wear OS 5 and Galaxy AI[2], they are your personal coach, your cheerleader, and your all-around wellness guru ready to dispense personalised insights and tailored health experiences through the Samsung Health app. They are designed to tap into your inner champion and help you make every single day count towards smashing your health and wellness goals.

Here are four ways that the new Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7, designed to provide end-to-end wellness experiences[3], help take you to the next level on your wellness journey.

  1. Sleep like a pro, perform like a champion.

Every athlete knows that performance begins with quality sleep, and what better way to start taking your sleep more seriously than with the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7. It’s almost like having your personal sleep scientist on hand tracking your every snooze and snore, with the enhanced BioActive Sensor that offers greater accuracy[4] and keeps tabs on the different sleep stages that you are in, while also tracking everything from sleep duration to heart rate, as well as blood oxygen.

  1. Stay on track, every step of the way

Energy Score enhances awareness of the ways your health influences your daily life.

Stay committed to healthy habits during the day with Energy Score[5], a new Galaxy AI-enabled feature which is calculated based on a combined analysis of personal health metrics including sleep time average, sleep time consistency, bed/wake time consistency, sleep timing, previous day activity, sleeping heart rate and heart rate variability, which helps you understand your overall condition. Think of it as your report card, letting you know how you are doing, and where you can improve.

At the same time, both the Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Galaxy Watch7 let you easily keep track of all your body and fitness goals with Body Composition[6], for a more comprehensive body and fitness snapshot. At the same time, you can make more informed decisions about your diet and exercise routine with the Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7’s capability to track advanced glycation end products (AGEs) with an AGEs Index[7], which reflect your overall biological aging process.

  1. Unleash your inner triathlete

Tracking multi-sport workouts has become easier with the new Multi-sports tile on Galaxy Watch Ultra.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is not just for tracking your health; it is also designed to help you push your limits. You can take on triathlon training with the Galaxy Watch Ultra’s Multi-sports tile, letting you choose from swimming to cycling to running. Galaxy Watch Ultra also can accurately track over 100 different workouts; while letting you build routines that can be revisited later with the Workout Routine feature.

The premium, action-ready Galaxy Watch Ultra is built like a tank, especially designed to help you push your limits and go further in challenging environments with a Titanium Grade 4[8] frame and 10ATM water resistance[9]. Galaxy Watch Ultra also features the longest battery life within the Galaxy Watch lineup, with 100 hours of run-time in Power Saving[10] mode.

  1. Stay connected and motivated

FlexWindow offers more Widgets than ever and allows you to check information from multiple Widgets simultaneously.

Staying motivated is key to achieving your goals; and devices like the new additions to the Galaxy Watch lineup are ideal tools to help you do that. In addition, having centralised view of all your health data is possible from the Samsung Health app while connected to your Samsung Galaxy smartphone. You can even check your progress on the go with the useful widgets on the Galaxy Z Flip6’s 3.4-inch Super AMOLED FlexWindow[11], for example.

The Journey to a Better You, Starts Now

With the new additions to the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem, it is so much easier to make small changes that can have a significant impact, every day, to help unleash your potential over the long run. Are you ready to take the first of many steps towards a healthier, happier you? Take the Galaxy Watch Ultra or the Galaxy Watch7 on the journey towards becoming a better version of yourself.
