Samsung Electronics today announced the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Hahn as the new President for Singapore. A seasoned leader with two decades of global experience across diverse markets and strategic functions, Mr. Hahn will oversee the company’s cross-functional operations in Singapore, shaping the overall strategy and guiding Samsung Electronics toward the next phase of growth and innovation in the Republic.

Mr. Hahn’s top priority is to bring Samsung’s AI vision to life in Singapore. He is committed to driving AI adoption across personal and home ecosystems, spanning a diverse range of devices, including mobile phones, wearables, home appliances, and visual displays. By democratising AI, Mr. Hahn aims to empower individuals, businesses, and communities to leverage its transformative potential, enhancing their lives and experiences. With a steadfast focus on security and privacy, he will prioritise strengthening partnerships in Singapore, ensuring users benefit from trusted, secure, and seamless connected experiences.

A Samsung veteran since 2004, Mr. Hahn has held leadership roles across multiple markets in Europe and Asia Pacific, leading diverse functions such as sales, strategic planning, and regional management. He most recently served as Group Leader in Samsung’s Sales Innovation team, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance operational excellence and optimise business outcomes.
