Samsung Electronics Singapore is now offering Samsung Care+ Premium for selected home appliances for holistic, total care for select home appliances and entertainment devices, covering TVs, air conditioners, washers/dryers, AirDresser garment care appliance, refrigerators, kitchen appliances and cleaning appliances.
Samsung Care+ Premium is an expansion to the existing Samsung Care+ programme that offers extended warranty support of up to five years (from 1 year with a basic warranty)[1], as well as remote troubleshooting support for users should they face any issues.

Available in two plans tailored to fit homeowners’ requirements – Samsung Care+ Premium Smart and Expert – consumers can benefit from a flexible programme that provides comprehensive support, complimentary accessories[2] to keep appliances running in tip-top shape, and up to 17 scheduled maintenance visits[3] during the extended warranty period.
Users will also receive a personalised monthly home care report, offering homeowners a holistic view of usage patterns and energy consumption. This allows homeowners to make more informed decisions and allow them to find ways to defray rising energy costs.
This pairs perfectly with SmartThings, granting homeowners control of their connected home devices. And when combined with AI Energy Mode on supported appliances, it can result in energy savings of up to 70%[4].
