Samsung KX Welcomes Royal Warrant Holders Association to Explore the Transformative Power of AI

Samsung UK invited members of the Royal Warrant Holders Association to discuss the opportunities of AI for business

LONDON, UK – 17th JULY 2024 – Samsung Electronics UK recently opened its doors to the Royal Warrant Holders Association at an event which delved into the transformative opportunities of AI, hosted at Samsung KX.

The event featured a dynamic panel discussion and Q&A session from esteemed speakers from the world of AI, technology and business. It explored topics including myths around AI, the role of AI in business optimisation and how to implement an AI strategy.

Sophie Hackford, AI expert and futurist, Andy Davis, entrepreneur and investor, and Patrick Shea-Stamford, consultant and former Senior Content Manager at LinkedIn, shared their perspectives on how AI is transforming the world around us, taking communication and connectivity to new heights.

The discussion was moderated by Samsung UK & Ireland’s Chief Customer Officer, Deborah Honig, with a welcome introduction from Brian Ford, Vice-President of Customer Experience at Samsung UK and Ireland, Royal Warrant Grantee and Mark Leishman CVO, Executive Director & Secretary RWHA.

After the event, attendees were given the opportunity to network and get hands-on time with Samsung’s AI-powered product range.

Samsung Electronics UK has been a proud member of the Royal Warrant Holders Association since 2008. In 2022, its Warrant was renewed with Samsung Electronics UK recognised as a Supplier of Consumer Electronics Products, which now covers a wider range of goods and appliances.
