2. Preserve Freshness with Self-Clean & Self Dry

Regular use and environmental factors can lead to residue build-up or odors in your drum over time. To keep it fresh, run the Self Clean+ cycle once a month or every 40 cycles. Start with an empty drum, press the power button, and navigate to Product Care > Self Clean+. For noticeable residue, add liquid chlorine bleach to the MAX level in the bleach compartment before tapping Clean Now. After the cycle, you can run a Rinse+Spin for extra cleaning.

You can also prevent odors with the Self Dry cycle. With the drum empty, go to Product Care > Self Dry, and tap Clean Now. This cycle includes a calibration for precise weight detection and is recommended every 30 uses. Your Combo All-in-One Washer/Dryer will remind you when it’s time. Incorporating these cleaning cycles as part of your regular routine will keep your machine in top shape and smelling fresh.

3. Ensure the Filter is Debris-Free

The drain filter collects larger debris from your wash cycles and can get dirty over time. To keep your Bespoke AI Laundry Combo running smoothly, clean the filter every two months to prevent clogs.

Start by unplugging the appliance, opening the lower compartment cover, and removing the Flex Auto Dispenser. Drain any water left in the drum using a bowl or bucket and a towel for spills. Remove the tube cap to let the water drain, then replace the cap and reinsert the tube.

Next, remove the drain filter by pushing in and turning the knob to the left. A little more water may drain, so keep the towel handy. Clean the filter with a soft brush and check for debris in the filter area.

Once everything’s clean, reinsert the filter and turn the knob to the right, ensuring it’s secure to prevent leaks. With this quick maintenance, your laundry Combo will be ready to tackle every load.

4. Keep Your Flex Auto Dispensers Sparkling Clean

Auto Dispensers are designed for ultimate cleaning convenience, but detergent can build up over time. To keep them in top shape, gently press the compartment cover to open it and slide out the Auto Dispensers. Remove the lids by pulling the tabs at the back of each.

Thoroughly clean the dispensers with warm running water and a soft brush. Afterward, dry them completely with a towel. Don’t forget to remove and clean the dispenser tray to catch any spilled detergent or softener. If needed, use a damp cloth to wipe beneath the tray—just avoid spraying liquids directly into the recess. Once everything is clean and dry, securely reattach the lids, replace the tray, and push the dispensers back into place. Close the compartment cover, and you’re good to go—because even your dispensers deserve a little TLC!

5. Optimize the Performance of Your Lint Filter & Heat Exchanger

The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo cycles air through a heat exchanger and lint filter, and simple maintenance of these parts will keep your laundry running smoothly. Be sure to clean the lint filter after each dry cycle. Open the lint filter cover and pull it out. Open the outer filter to gently remove any visible lint, then remove the inner filter and clear lint from it as well.

For a deeper clean, wash the filters under running water and dry them completely in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight. Once dry, reassemble the filters and insert them back into place. Every 180 dry cycles, you’ll receive an alert reminding you to clean the heat exchanger.

To clean it, open the lint filter cover and pull out the lint filter. Use an appliance brush to gently clean the heat exchanger, being careful not to damage the fins. If it’s too dry to clean easily, spray water onto it before brushing. Remove any loose debris with a vacuum and crevice tool, then wipe down the outer area with a damp cloth. Put everything back together, and your drying performance will be optimized!
