Trail Run offers a dedicated tracking mode designed specifically for trail runs. It displays elevation, climbing progress, and terrain information to help you better understand your route. With GPX file support and built-in GPS, you can follow planned routes with real-time navigation.
Daily Cardio Load3
Daily Cardio Load uses your heart rate4 to measure workout intensity and help optimize your training. It provides personalized guidance on workout volume and recommended recovery time so you can build endurance while reducing the risk of overtraining.
Nutrition Alert5
Nutrition Alert expands Samsung Health’s existing Sweat Loss feature by estimating fluid depletion and recommending post-workout hydration. It provides timely guidance on when and how much to hydrate to help support performance during training.
Fitness Index6
Fitness Index combines metrics such as VO₂ max, body composition (BIA),7 heart rate, step count and activity time into a single view of your overall fitness. It also provides personalized goals to help you track progress over time.
Vitals8
Vitals monitors key health metrics —including heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, respiratory rate, and blood oxygen levels — while you sleep to establish your personal baseline. If significant changes are detected, it can provide insights that may help you better understand changes in your health.
