Discover the Galaxy: New Samsung Experience Store Opens in Frisco, TX

It’s no surprise: Shopping has changed a lot over the past two years.
Consumers have become more comfortable than ever shopping online – and doing a lot more research when it comes to buying products. In fact, we should not be surprised that 81% of retail shoppers today conduct online research before purchasing. But when it comes to our most-used, most personal technology – mobile devices like our smartphones – shoppers are still looking for a final hands-on experience to help them make their most important decision.
That’s why I’m so excited about our fifth Samsung Experience Store, opening on February 18th at the Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, TX.
Consumers today expect choice, expert support, and engaging hands-on experiences throughout their retail journey – and that’s exactly what we’re delivering with our latest Samsung Experience Store in Frisco.
A Samsung Experience, Every Time
Since our first locations opened in 2019, Samsung Experience Stores have been all about experience, exploration, and service – fulfilling the evolving needs of today’s consumers. Shoppers can choose exactly the way they want to shop at every step: From learning about our latest technology, experiencing the Galaxy ecosystem, to getting in-store support on current devices. As an extension of our Samsung.com online store, a big part of our in-store experience is helping consumers see the Galaxy in action. We know many consumers are already familiar with Samsung – in fact, over 71% of all U.S. households own at least one Samsung product. At our stores, we bring Samsung’s innovative products together in one place, so consumers can learn and experience firsthand how their favorite Galaxy devices work seamlessly together.
That includes a suite of our most innovative products available in-store, like smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, earbuds, and PCs – including the entire selection of our exclusive models and color options that consumers can only find at Samsung Experience Stores. And all of our latest mobile devices – like the recently announced Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy Tab S8 series – will be available in store as soon as they launch, so consumers don’t have to wait to experience our newest technology hands-on.
Built For Frisco
There’s a good reason we chose Frisco as the next location for our latest Samsung Experience Store.
Though Samsung is a global brand, we have deep ties to Texas. In fact, this year marks the 25th anniversary of Samsung working and investing in the state, from our state-of-the-art semiconductor facility in Austin to our U.S. Mobile eXperience Business Headquarters in Plano. Frisco is the perfect place for us to bring hands-on experiences with the Galaxy to consumers’ backyards.
We spent months thoughtfully searching for the right location for our latest Samsung Experience Store – and we’re excited to have found it in the center of the Stonebriar Mall, one of the top malls in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We brought our philosophy of openness and transparency right into the design of our store. The Frisco store is built to be open, with a large front window so consumers can see exactly what’s inside and even watch through a window as their own devices receive expert care. Watching this process is a part of our customer-first Care experience at this location. From troubleshooting to repairing devices, our certified technicians are trained to service devices to the highest quality standards. And we’re thrilled to offer same-day repairs – like screen and battery replacements – on most Galaxy devices at our latest location.
