Today at NRF 2021, Samsung Electronics America is proud to highlight how the company is helping retailers around the country usher in a new year with innovative technology to transform the shopping experience. In a digital world, retailers are competing with brands that sell directly to customers and online marketplaces that offer vast catalogs of products and one-click purchase convenience. As the expectations of the modern shopper continue to evolve, Samsung is working with retail businesses to exceed their customers’ expectations through technology.

Samsung Digital Signage

“As 2021 unfolds, Samsung looks to deepen its commitment to the retail industry and help create an inviting, safe space for customers as stores continue to open up around the country,” said Mark Quiroz, Vice President of Marketing, Display Division, Samsung Electronics America. “Samsung’s expansive display portfolio allows retailers to get creative with their in-store experience without sacrificing safety.”

Dynamic displays allow businesses and retailers to transform while staying competitive. Creating a connected experience, displays can maximize performance, drive transformation, and provide unique experiences to elevate a store above the competition.

“The global pandemic has forced the retail industry to reexamine the customer journey and optimizing store operations is paramount to success in the future,” says Parrish Chapman, Samsung’s Director of Sales B2B Retail in the US Market. “Samsung is working with stores to elevate the in-store experience. From QLED 8K displays for high-impact content to in-window LED displays that bring customers in, Samsung is helping retailers adapt in an ever-changing environment.”

To create this modern shopping experience, Samsung calls upon its full display portfolio which includes:
