Loyal customers get given the choice of a thank you reward

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa – 13 November 2018 – Samsung South Africa is sharing the festive cheer this season by offering consumers a guaranteed reward with the Buy & Get promotion. All you have to do is purchase a qualifying Samsung Home Appliance before 31 December 2018 and choose your reward.

 

So let Samsung treat you this summer, with a holiday option if you choose a return domestic flight voucher or a weekend away for two at a hotel or getting out with Uber vouchers, or even staying in with Mr D Food vouchers.

 

It’s our way of saying thank you to our consumers,” says Tracy Gordon, Samsung South Africa Head of Product – Home Appliances.

 

The rewards are offered on three tiers on applicable qualifying models, namely:

 

Gold Tier valued at R12, 000

A two-night stay at participating African Pride Hotels, a R12 000 return domestic flight voucher to be used on British Airways or kulula, a R12 000 Uber voucher or a R12 000 Mr D food voucher.

 

Silver Tier valued at R7, 000

A two-night stay at a Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! by Marriott, a R7 000 flight voucher to be used on British Airways or kulula, a R7 000 Uber voucher or a R7 000 Mr D food voucher.

 

Blue Tier valued at R4, 000

A two-night stay at any of the participating Protea Hotels by Marriott, a R4 000 flight voucher to be used on British Airways or kulula, a R4 000 Uber voucher or a R4 000 Mr D food voucher.

 

To participate, consumers need to follow a simple process:

 

  1. Purchase a qualifying Samsung home appliance within the promotional period and taking delivery of the product by no later than 31 December 2018, retain the proof of purchase and SMS the Samsung product model code to 45903 by 31 December 2018 to validate the reward registration;
  2. You will receive a return SMS with a unique token and link to a website within 48 hours, where an online form needs to be completed, and a copy of the proof of purchase attached, as well as a photograph of the serial number on the product.
  3. The contents of the entry will be verified and you will receive a reward registration pin code via SMS with a concierge service contact telephone number to call to redeem chosen reward.
  4. When you call the concierge service, you will be asked to quote your reward registration pin and a reward redemption form will be emailed to you, this needs to be completed and returned based on the chosen reward and a voucher will be sent you via SMS for redemption of your reward.
