Buy and Get with Samsung Appliances this Festive Season

Loyal customers rewarded with generous returns

Samsung South Africa is bringing some early holiday cheer with a guaranteed Buy & Get promotion in all stores that sell Samsung products. The deal is applicable when buying selected oven and hob packages, refrigerators, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers. The rewards include a choice of flights, accommodation, Uber vouchers or Intercape bus tickets.

“As it is the season for generosity, Samsung is giving away these great gifts in an effort to reward our loyal customers,” says Tracy Gordon, Samsung South Africa Head of Product Marketing – Digital Appliances.

The rewards are offered on three tiers, namely:

Gold Tier

A weekend away at participating African Pride Hotels, a R12 000 flight voucher to be used on British Airways or kulula.com, a R12 000 Intercape bus voucher, or a R12 000 Uber voucher.

Silver Tier

A weekend at a Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! by Marriott, a R7 000 flight voucher to be used on British Airways or kulula.com, R7 000 Intercape bus voucher, or a R7 000 Uber voucher.

Blue Tier

Weekend accommodation at any of the participating Protea Hotels by Marriott, a R4 000 flight voucher to be used on British Airways or kulula.com, a R4 000 Intercape bus voucher, or a R4 000 Uber voucher.

To participate, consumers need to follow a simple process:

1. Purchase a qualifying Samsung home appliance within the promotional period, retain the proof of purchase and SMS the Samsung product model code to 48422 by 31 December 2017 to validate the reward registration;
2. You will receive an SMS with a link to an online form. The online form needs to be completed, and a copy of the proof of purchase attached, as well as a photograph of the serial number on the product.
3. The contents of the entry will be verified and you will receive a reward registration pin code via SMS with a concierge service contact telephone number to call to book rewards.
4. When you call the concierge service, you will be asked to quote your reward registration pin and a reward redemption form will be emailed to you, this needs to be completed and returned based on the chosen reward.
