In an emergency situation, Samsung SOS+* immediately geolocates the user and dispatches traceable private security and medical emergency services in real time. Available 24/7 across South Africa[3], the service gives users direct access to rapid support when every second matters.
To activate the offer, customers simply need to purchase a Galaxy A57 5G or Galaxy A37 5G device, redeem the offer via Samsung Members app, register, and enjoy a full year of emergency assistance at no additional cost. Customers will have until 31 July 2026 to redeem the offer through Samsung Members.
