New store not only has the latest technologies,
but also a dedicated service desk

Samsung Electronics South Africa recently opened its latest Store at Greenstone Mall in Edenvale on Friday, 18 November 2016. The launch of this new store will provide shoppers with a single location from which to obtain the latest in mobile and wearable products, visual display and audio devices, as well as digital and home appliances.
 
Michelle Potgieter, Director of Brand and Product Marketing and Communications at Samsung South Africa explains that the fact that the company continues to expand its footprint is indicative of just how important the local market is to its business. “We take our commitment to the South African market very seriously and view the opening of this latest brand store as another investment in the South African economy and a further contribution towards job creation,” she says.
 
The Samsung Greenstone store complements the company’s already extensive partner network and adds to the growth of the Samsung brand across the country. The brand store includes a dedicated service desk to offer customers ease and convenience when it comes to repairing their Samsung devices. The experienced technical staff will also offer specialist advice to those customers who frequent the store.
 
Samsung continues to cater to the ever-evolving needs of its customers and their desire for a more personal experience with the brand. The newest addition to the company’s retail environment once again demonstrates its commitment to delivering innovative products and solutions.
 
“Best of all, the Greenstone store has opened just in time for the festive season and consumers can take advantage of the store opening promotions. Samsung’s current ‘Buy and Get’ promotion, which runs until 21 December 2016 will also be running within the store.
