Fresh, Innovative Glow-Up Offering Improved, Immersive Customer Service & Tailored Technology Solutions For Individuals & Enterprises

Samsung officially re-launched its newly revamped Gateway store on 26 February 2026. This playground for innovation has been reopened to showcase a refreshed design as well as offer its loyal customers hands-on experience with the latest Galaxy devices, including the new Galaxy S26 series.

The soon to be launched Galaxy series that will comprise the Galaxy S26 Base, Plus and Ultra models – signifies Samsung’s ambition for significant innovation and is expected to focus on advanced AI integration, enhanced performance and refined hardware targeted specifically for South Africa’s premium market. Following a comprehensive three-week long renovation period that forms part of a broader strategy to modernise Samsung’s retail presence in South Africa, the space has been thoughtfully curated to create a seamless journey where customers can explore connected technology across mobile, wearable, audio-visual and Bespoke AI home appliances.

The store’s re-opening, as reported by a retail news platform[1], coincides with a wider aesthetic refurbishment of the Gateway Theatre of Shopping itself – aimed at modernising the mall and enhancing its appeal as a contemporary retail destination.[1]KZN-based customers can look forward to a fresh and innovative glow-up in a store that will now provide an improved and immersive shopping experience.

With a modern and engaging design, this Gateway store aims to provide you with an interactive and hands-on experience with Samsung’s advanced technology. As a loyal Samsung customer, you will also have an opportunity to access Samsung’s wide array of products, solutions, services as well as experience demonstrations on a variety of Samsung products, including tablets and watches, as well as home appliances.
