JOHANNESBURG, South Africa – 3 December 2021 – Samsung has announced that two visionary Samsung Stores have now opened in Johannesburg – in Sandton City and Fourways Crossing. With the evolving needs of customer in mind, Samsung is reimagining retail’s next chapter of digital, physical, and immersive shopping experiences. Both stores are outfitted with cutting edge design and the classic Samsung aesthetic, embodying the company’s commitment to innovation and technological advancement.

Samsung Sandton City was created in partnership with retail pioneers Margaret and Allan Hirsch. Originally opened in 2013 at Sandton City, the space has now been transformed to take its premium level of customer experience to new heights. With a pioneering focus on blending the digital and physical realms, it’s an enthralling sensory journey to customer satisfaction.

 

Samsung Fourways Crossing unveiled an astonishing 26-meter-long TV wall – a must-see installation with its launch. The store, which originally opened in 2000, has now been expanded with Samsung’s partners to create a unique digital and full Samsung experience. It’s destined to engage and fully immerse customers purchasing the latest must-have technology, from South Africa’s favourite technology brand1.
