Do you fear a fingerprint fail? No need. Here’s an extra key to keep hidden under your virtual mat in case you ever have trouble unlocking your device. Just follow these steps:

1. First, restart your device and try again.

2. If it still doesn’t work, type in your alternate passcode.

3. If you’ve forgotten your passcode, keep entering codes until you get the “Unlock via Google” screen. Enter your google account ID & Password you used when setting up your handset.
