A new star in our Galaxy; A look inside Samsung’s Premium Experience Store in Hyderabad’s Inorbit Mall

The scene was set for any tech aficionados’ dream come true. Samsung added a new star to its Galaxy and opened doors of the first premium experience store in Hyderabad, largest in Telangana. Smartphones, accessories, smart TVs, gaming monitors and tablets are available for an immersive experience to the consumers of Telangana. Amidst the expanse of corporate hub of Cyberabad in Hyderabad, the experience store hosted hundreds of consumers, local media, and regional influencers on 14^th of June, 2023.

Samsung’s complete product ecosystem was made available to consumers through exciting zones like the DIY Customization Zone – Bespoke Studio, events & activation arena, premium AV display zone, gaming & creativity zone, IM table, and more. The store is all set to become one of the coolest hangout hubs for Gen Z & Millennials in Hyderabad.

The inauguration began with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by adding a traditional touch through lighting of a lamp. Samsung Brand Ambassadors provided a guided docent tour to the guests and consumers. Local influencers and content creators who celebrated the amalgamation of technology and culture that that the store offers, were thrilled to be at the event.

At the new store, consumers will get a phygital experience through Samsung’s Store+ endless aisle platform. With Store+, consumers will be able to browse Samsung products with over 1,200 options across its portfolio, whether available online or in store, using a digital Kiosk. Consumers can also order online from the store and have the products delivered home directly.

They can also access Samsung’s digital lending platform Samsung Finance+ and Samsung’s device care plan Samsung Care+ for Galaxy smartphones, tablets and smartwatches at the store.

Consumers visiting the store will also be able to enjoy hassle-free after-sales service for their smartphones and book service calls for their consumer electronics products at home.
