Quick Recipe for Yummy Ginger Garlic Pickle on Samsung’s Masala & Sun-Dry™ Microwave
Two of the everyday ingredients in almost all Indian kitchens, ginger and garlic make for scrumptious pickle. With the pickle mode in Samsung Masala & Sun-Dry™ Microwave, you can prepare yummy ginger garlic pickle in no time that would take you back to your childhood memories of your mother’s and grandmother’s ‘ghar ka aachar’.
Here are the ingredients needed for the recipe:
- 100 gms of Garlic Cloves
- 50 gms of Ginger
- 1 Tsp of Fenugreek (Methi)
- 1 Tsp of Kalonji (Nigella Seeds)
- 1 Tsp of Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tsp of Turmeric
- 1 Tsp of Cumin
- 1 Tsp of Cumin Powder
- 2 Tbsp of Mustard Oil
- Salt As Per Taste

- Once all the ingredients are added and mixed in a glass bowl, give them a good stir
