Samsung Registers Big Wins at the Times of India Gadgets Now Awards 2021, Galaxy Z Flip3 5G Bags Smartphone of the Year

It was a clean sweep for Samsung India at the latest edition of the Times of India Gadgets Now Awards. Strengthing its position as the premier innovation leader in smartphones and consumer electronics, Samsung India was awarded under four different categories at an online felicitation event.

For its innovation and style, thanks to its compact design, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G bagged the Jury Choice Award for Smartphone of the Year. Galaxy Z Flip3 5G won the jury’s hearts with its sleek frame housing a powerful octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, dual 12MP camera and 3500mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ also proved its mettle as a feature-loaded powerhouse by emerging as the winner in the Jury Choice Tablet of the Year category. Packed with a large 12.4-inch screen, 128 GB of storage and a powerful 10090 mAh battery with fast charging capability, Galaxy Tab S7+ combines PC-like experience with the portability of a tablet.

For the TV of the Year category, Samsung’s lifestyle television The Frame was chosen by the jury as the winner. The Frame got the award in recognition for taking TV beyond its conventional use and turning it into a piece of art through customized bezels, Art Mode and Art Store.

The victory journey didn’t end there. Samsung Soundbar Q950A went on to win the People’s Choice Award under Audio Device of the Year (Speakers) category, owing to its distinct sound with Q-Symphony technology.

The prestigious Times of India Gadgets Now Awards are conducted annually to celebrate tech innovations of the year. Each category receives awards under two sections – Jury Choice and People’s Choice.

The winners for Jury Choice were selected through a rigorous adjudication process by the Gadgets Now team along with the esteemed jury members, while People’s Choice awards were based on online voting.
