From step count to sleep, you can track a variety of health and well-being factors and set goals so that you always stay on track, even if you’re out indulging in a little summer fun. Perhaps most importantly, summer vacation is a time to relax and unwind. Here are a few ways to make sure you’re getting the rest you need:

1) Keep the Beat

For every degree your internal temperature rises, your heart beats about 10 beats per minute faster.
