This Friday is no exception! We are back again with an all-time favourite recipe—Chilli chicken. Spicy, tangy that tantalizes your taste buds, this appetizer is easy to cook in your Samsung Smart Oven.

Cooking Time: 18 mins | Serving: 300-350 grams


Boneless Chicken: 250 grams
Chopped ginger: ½ teaspoon
Chopped garlic: ½ teaspoon
Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce: 2 tablespoon
Green chilli: 4-5 (Slit length-wise)
Small onion: 1 (cut into ½ thin strips)
Onion leaves: 2-3 (cut into long strips)
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: As required
Sherry: 2 teaspoon
Corn flour: 2 teaspoon (dissolved in ½ tablespoon of water)
Oil: 2 tablespoon


Cooking Method

1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix oil, ginger, garlic, chilli, soya sauce, chicken and cook.
2. When the microwave beeps, add green chilllis, chopped onions, sugar, sherry, corn flour.
3. Mix well and press start
4. Garnish with onion leaves and serve hot
